For patients
Confirm your coverage before you visit.
Being listed as a panel clinic does not mean that every consultation, medicine, vaccination, procedure or screening is covered under every plan. Eligibility, cashless access, limits and documentation vary between employers, insurers and TPAs. Send your panel name and membership details before visiting.

- What should I bring?
- Identity document and any physical/digital panel card, membership number, guarantee letter or employer documentation.
- Can I attend if my panel is not listed?
- Yes, as a self-paying patient. The standard of clinical care remains the same.
- Can my company appoint Remedine directly?
- Yes. Companies may apply; approval is subject to coverage, billing and administrative terms.
- Is there a minimum company size?
- Applications are assessed individually. F&B outlets, SMEs and larger organisations are welcome to enquire.
