What the packages assess
- Blood count
- Blood glucose and diabetes risk
- Cholesterol and cardiovascular risk markers
- Liver function
- Kidney function
- Inflammation markers
- Urine analysis
- Selected thyroid, vitamin or iron tests depending on package
Additional assessments vary by package and may include body-composition measurement, blood-pressure checks and wellbeing screening questionnaires — screening tools that guide the doctor’s advice, not diagnostic tests.
Full itemised test lists are available on request — message us on WhatsApp for the package guide.
Your results
More than a laboratory report.
Screening results are reviewed and explained according to the package. We explain significant findings, place them in context and advise whether lifestyle changes, repeat testing, treatment or further assessment may be appropriate.
Choosing a package
Not sure where to start?
The best screening is not necessarily the package with the longest test list. Send us your age and main health concerns, and our team can guide you towards the most appropriate package or recommend a doctor consultation first.
Important clinical note: health screening is intended mainly for people who are not experiencing an urgent medical problem. If you currently have symptoms or feel unwell, book a GP consultation so the doctor can select appropriate investigations.
How it works
Four steps, start to finish.
-
Choose
Choose a package or ask the team to guide you.
-
Prepare
Receive fasting and medication instructions; do not stop regular medicines unless advised.
-
Attend
Attend for package-specific blood, urine, blood-pressure and body-composition checks.
-
Review
Review significant findings and the next-step plan with the doctor according to the package.
Common questions
Asked before every screening.
- Do I need to fast?
- Some packages require fasting. The clinic will confirm instructions when you book.
- Can I take my regular medicines?
- Do not stop regular medicines without medical advice. Tell the clinic what you take, especially diabetes medicines or insulin.
- Can I customise the tests?
- Additional tests may be added when clinically appropriate. A doctor consultation first may be better for symptom-directed testing.
- When will results be ready?
- Turnaround depends on the tests included. The clinic will confirm the expected timing and review arrangement.
- Does a normal screening mean I am completely healthy?
- No. Screening cannot exclude every condition and must be interpreted with history and risk factors.
- Does the package screen for cancer?
- Routine blood tests do not reliably screen for most cancers. Established screening depends on age, sex, family history and risk.
