Before you visit.
How early should I book?
Ideally four to six weeks before departure, so there is room for multi-dose courses. Travelling sooner? Contact the clinic anyway — some vaccinations and preventive measures may still be worthwhile.
Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome, but message us first so we can confirm current vaccine availability before you travel across town.
Do your doctors speak English?
Yes. Consultation and travel-vaccination advice are available in English, and the clinic regularly sees expat and visiting patients.
What should I send or bring?
Destination, dates, ages, vaccine records, current medicines, medical conditions, allergies and pregnancy or breastfeeding information where relevant.
Can my family attend together?
Yes. Send the number and ages of travellers so availability and appointment time can be planned.
Will I be monitored after vaccination?
Patients are usually observed at the clinic after vaccination. Tell the doctor about any previous serious reaction to a vaccine.
Do you provide malaria prevention tablets?
Malaria advice and prescription medication are available when clinically appropriate.
